Organic gourmet breakfast
Our breakfast buffet is generous but not overwhelming. Everything you see has a reason for being there, and most of it comes from our organic garden. Homemade jams from our garden, compotes made from regional apples, bacon, sausages and cheese from our organic farmers.
You have time. You have space. You have tranquillity. From 7.30 a.m. to 10 a.m., the buffet will be ready for you – no rush, no hustle or bustle. Take what you need. Take your time. - Cheese from Robert Hohenegger (raw milk cheese made from goat’s, cow’s and sheep’s milk), from the village dairy in Prad/Prato and the Englhorn dairy in Schleis/Clusio.
- Bacon and sausage products: from organic meat produced in Vinschgau/Val Venosta
- Eggs from the Vernatschhof farm
- Milk and yoghurt: fresh and certified organic

Time to savour the flavour
In our light-filled breakfast room or on the terrace, you have plenty of time to start the day at a leisurely pace. No stress, but plenty of time for a second coffee or perhaps some fruit to finish.
Early risers will find a fully stocked buffet available from 7.30 a.m. Late risers have until 10 a.m. There’s room for everyone: for families with children, for couples who want to read the newspaper in peace, for solo travellers planning their day.

Do you follow a gluten-free, lactose-free or vegan diet? No problem. Just let us know before your arrival so that we are well prepared. We are happy to provide you with suitable products – from gluten-free bread and lactose-free milk to vegan spreads.
