Relaxation in a natural atmosphere
Bio Wellness
For us, wellness isn’t about being pampered in a pompous spa palace with mist showers. Wellness means rest. Natural materials. And time for yourself. No hustle and bustle, no noise. Just you, the warmth of the sauna and a magnificent view of the mountains. In harmony with nature.
Our spa area isn’t large, but it’s incredibly cosy and has fantastic facilities: Finnish sauna, sanarium, infrared cabin and steam bath – plus a relaxation room with large windows from which you can admire the Vinschgau/Val Venosta mountains. And if you’d like more? You can use the Sportwell indoor and outdoor pools in the village for free, and the Erlebnisbad Curunes water park in Graun/Curon, just a 20-minute drive away, is also open to you.
What awaits you
Our spa area
Finnish sauna01
Classic & intensive
80 to 90 degrees. Dry heat. Sprinkle a few drops of water on the stones, and the steam rises. The Finnish sauna is for everyone who likes the temperature to get really hot. It stimulates the circulation, detoxifies the body and really gets you sweating.
Our Finnish sauna is a panoramic outdoor sauna. Here you can not only relax, but also enjoy the magnificent surrounding mountains and beautiful countryside.
Sanarium02
Gentle & soothing
If you prefer something a little gentler, the bio sauna is perfect for you. 60 degrees, 50% humidity, which makes it more comfortable than the Finnish sauna. The bio sauna is perfect for beginners or people with circulation problems.
The effect? Pure relaxation. Your body relaxes, your muscles loosen up and your mind clears. No stress, no feeling overwhelmed.
Steam bath03
To help breathe deeply
The temperature in the steam bath is around 45 to 50 degrees – but the humidity is almost 100 percent. This opens the pores, hydrates the airways and is good for the skin. Especially in winter, when the air outside is dry and cold, the steam bath is like a balm for the soul.
And afterwards? It’s off to the relaxation room, wrapped up in a fluffy bathrobe, to sit back and simply enjoy the view.
Infrared cabin04
Warmth that gets under your skin
Gentle deep heat instead of intense heat: in our infrared cabin the body is heated from the inside out – gentle, soothing and particularly relaxing. Muscles relax, tensions are released and the immune system is gently activated.
Ideal after enjoying an active day in the mountains or simply to take a break and let your body unwind. Warmth that doesn’t overwhelm, but instead invigorates – felt deep down in your soul.
Diving and Kneipp hydrotherapy pool05
Refreshment for body & mind
After the sauna, the cool water provides an invigorating contrast: a brief moment that tingles, lets you breathe deeply and gives you fresh energy. The plunge pool and Kneipp hydrotherapy pool get the circulation going, help muscles recover and strengthen the immune system.
Alternating between warm and cold, between calm and refreshment – this is what natural balance feels like.

Mindfulness & balance
Yoga
Mindfulness, balance and relaxation. This is what our yoga sessions, which are regularly offered to our hotel guests, are all about. No acrobatic contortions, just gentle movements that do you good – for beginners as well as for advanced practitioners.
The sessions take place in the relaxation room and on the lawn when the weather is nice. Surrounded by fresh mountain air and with an unobstructed view of the magnificent mountain landscape in Vinschgau/Val Venosta, body and mind naturally reach of state of rest. Gentle movements, conscious breathing and the power of nature create moments of deep relaxation – you couldn’t ask for a more restorative experience.
Free swimming for hotel guests
Sportwell in Mals/Malles
We don’t have our own swimming pool. We don’t need to because the public swimming pool Sportwell in Mals/Malles is only a few minutes’ walk away. And as a hotel guest, you can use it free of charge.
In summer there is an outdoor swimming pool with a sunbathing lawn. In winter, a heated indoor pool. Perfect for a quick swim or for spending a relaxing afternoon by the pool.
Another new addition is the Erlebnisbad Curunes water park in Graun/Curon. Whether you like action or relaxation, you’ll find something to suit you here: a thrilling slide and a bubbling whirlpool for water lovers, as well as spa areas where you can relax and unwind.
Natural & relaxing
Bio Wellness
Our “organic” concept extends beyond the confines of the kitchen. We also focus on incorporating natural elements in our spa area. Natural materials like stone pine wood. No artificial fragrances, no chemical additives. How about the atmosphere? Natural. Stone pine wood, subdued lighting and soft music. Mountains outside, warmth inside. Relaxation can be that simple.
