Mindfulness & balance in Vinschgau/Val Venosta
Yoga
Yoga is more than just movement. Yoga is mindfulness. Balance. And the ability to be present in the moment. We regularly offer yoga sessions for hotel guests – for beginners as well as advanced practitioners.
No acrobatic contortions, no performance goals. Just gentle movements, conscious breathing and time for yourself. In the relaxation room or – when the weather is good – outside on the lawn. With mountain views. You can’t get more relaxing than this.
What awaits you
Our yoga sessions
Gentle movements01
Going with the flow instead of performing acrobatics
We don’t run our yoga sessions for Instagram. It’s not about how far you can stretch your leg or whether you can hold your balance in a headstand. It’s about being at one with your body. Respecting your boundaries. The sessions are suitable for everyone – whether you’ve never done yoga before or are a regular on the mat. Everyone practises at their own pace. No pressure, no comparisons.
Conscious breathing02
A path to greater mindfulness
Yoga begins with breathing. Conscious breathing brings you into the moment. Relaxes the body. And calms the mind. The movements follow the breath – slow, flowing and mindful. The aim? Achieving relaxation, clarity and inner peace. Exactly what is often missing from everyday life.
Yoga sessions indoors03
A break with beautiful mountain views
On cooler days, the sessions take place in the relaxation room. This has large windows through which you can see the mountains. And an atmosphere that radiates tranquillity. Mats and blankets are provided. You don’t need to bring anything with you
Yoga in the meadow04
Pure nature experience
When the weather’s good, it’s time to head outdoors. In the meadow, under the open sky. The mountains around you, the fresh air, the grass beneath your feet. Outdoor yoga is something truly special. You’re not just out in nature – you’re part of it.

Time out every Tuesday at 8.00 a.m.
For whom is yoga suitable?
For everyone. Really! You don’t have to be flexible, athletic or young. Yoga adapts to you – not the other way around. If you need a break, take a break. If a particular movement doesn’t work for you, give that one a miss. Or you could try a simpler version.
Yoga is not a competition. Yoga is an activity. And you decide what to make of it. The yoga sessions always take place on Tuesdays at 8.00 a.m.. Participation is voluntary and free of charge for hotel guests. Please register at Reception.
