Finnish sauna, sanarium & steam bath
Sauna area
Three saunas, three temperatures, three different ways to relax. The Finnish sauna for those who like it hot. The sanarium for those who prefer a gentler experience. And the steam bath for those who love humid heat. Here, everyone will find their favourite sauna.
What do all three have in common? Natural materials like stone pine wood. And an atmosphere where you can simply be yourself. No noise, no hustle and bustle. Just warmth, peace and time for you.
Rest & relaxation
Our saunas
Finnish sauna01
Classic & intensive
The Finnish sauna is the classic. 80 to 90 degrees, dry heat, a few drops of water on the hot stones – and the steam rises. This gets the circulation going, opens the pores and detoxifies the body. After a day in the mountains, there’s hardly anything better.
The effect? Intensive. It gets your body going, boosts your immune system, and afterwards you’ll feel as good as new. Provided you like it hot.
Sanarium02
Gentle & soothing
If you like to keep things a little cooler, the sanarium (also known as a bio sauna) will be just right for you. At 50 to 60 degrees and with a higher humidity, it is much more comfortable than the Finnish sauna. Perfect for beginners, for people with circulation problems – or simply for anyone who prefers a gentler approach.
The effect is still noticeable: the muscles relax, blood flow to your skin improves and your mind becomes clear. All without your body having to push itself to its limits.
Steam bath03
Humid & soothing
The steam bath is the gentlest option. 45 to 50 degrees, with humidity levels of almost 100 percent. This opens the pores, hydrates the airways and is incredibly good for the skin. Especially in winter, when the air outside is dry and cold, the steam bath is like a balm for the soul. The respiratory system also benefits: the humid heat loosens mucus and clears the bronchial tubes.
You can also linger here for longer. The humid warmth gently envelops you without putting too much strain on your circulation.
Relaxation room04
After the sauna
After a sauna session, head to the cold plunge pool to boost your circulation and strengthen your immune system. Afterwards, the relaxation room with panoramic windows awaits: here you can relax on comfortable loungers in a fluffy bathrobe and admire the Vinschgau/Val Venosta mountains. This is relaxation exactly as it should be. Simply warmth and tranquillity.
