The fragrance of fresh bread wafts through the hotel, your gaze drifts out to the magnificent mountains – this is how your day starts at Panorama. At the breakfast buffet you’ll find many things that come straight from our kitchen, from our own garden or from the region: homemade jams and fruit that tastes of sunshine, or the various cheeses which, like the eggs, come directly from local farmers.

When the sun sets softly behind the mountains, it’s time to take a little break. Fragrant, home-baked cakes and a selection of fine organic teas or a cup of coffee await you in our parlour or on the panoramic terrace.  

The evening entails a feast for the senses. We’ll delight you with a 4-course menu full of flavours and colours, inspired by what the garden and region have to offer. Whether sophisticated or down-to-earth, every dish tells a story of Vinschgau/Val Venosta – fresh, honest and prepared with tangible passion.

The day starts with an extensive organic breakfast, full of our signature delicacies and fresh ingredients from our own garden. In the afternoon the aroma of home-made cake and fine organic tea fills the air. And in the evening we spoil you with a multi-course menu that brings the flavour of Vinschgau/Val Venosta to your plate.
In between, there’s time for whatever does you good: mountains and exercise, sauna and silence, yoga or simply the sweet pleasure of doing nothing. Just arrive, take a deep breath – and enjoy. The rest takes care of itself.

    from 7.30 a.m.–10 a.m.: Buffet with homemade jams, compotes and juices, bacon, sausages and fine cheeses from our organic farmers. Various types of organic bread lovingly baked with regional grains and plenty of time, muesli with yoghurt, milk and plant-based milk, adapted on request to special diets or intolerances.
  • Organic half board:
    Afternoon tea and cake as well as a varied 4-course evening menu, choice of meat/fish or vegetarian dishes, with low-carb options or adapted to intolerances upon request

Booking information

To help you plan your stay with ease, all the important information about your visit is summarised here.

Check-in: from 2 p.m. (please let us know if you will arrive after 7 p.m.)

Check-out: by 10.30 a.m.

Children in an extra bed in their parents’ room (available for at least 2 full-paying adults):

– Up to 2 years old: €15 per day

– 2 to 5 years old: €30 per day

– 5 to 9 years old: €45 per day

– 9 to 15 years old: €55 per day

Additional adults/young people:

Per additional adult or young person aged 15 and over in a double room: 40% off the normal per person price.

Single room supplement: on request

Tourist tax: €4.30 per person per day (not applicable to children aged 13 and under)

Pets:

Dogs are permitted in their own dog basket or on their own blanket, but only by prior arrangement. We charge €20 per day (excluding food). Dogs are not permitted in the dining room or on the sunbathing lawn. The dog’s owners are liable for any damage to the hotel’s furniture.

 

Allergies:

Allergy-friendly bed linen available on request. Please let us know about any intolerances or allergies prior to your arrival so that our kitchen team can accommodate your needs as best as possible.

 

All rooms are non-smoking rooms.

Reservation:

Your reservation is only confirmed once your deposit has been received in our account or you have received written confirmation from us.

 

Cancellation conditions:

– In the event of cancellation, the deposit for confirmation or the advance payment will be retained

– Between 15 and 27 days prior to your arrival: 40% of the total amount is payable

– 14 days or less prior to your arrival or in case of no-show: 80% of the total amount to be paid

– In case of late arrival or early departure: full amount

If you find yourself in a situation where travel is not an option, we will do our best to find a solution that works for everyone.
